Gypsy Cup is a coffee and cocktail bar in Gilbert, Arizona, designed to bring a European streetside café to a small-town setting. Daylight fills the space, highlighting luxe textures like brass, marble, and velvet, while the evening transforms the space into a refined cocktail lounge. Custom banquettes, globe-inspired lighting, and arches throughout guide guests through the 3,800 sq. ft. space from entrance to bar. Terrazzo floors, black-and-white tile patterns, and a curated art collection reflect the owner’s global travels, blending French, Italian, and Spanish influences. With 98 total seats and thoughtfully designed flow, Gypsy Cup offers a lively environment that celebrates travel, design, and community from day to night.
