We seek to design that which does not already exist - to create and be inspired by life’s simplest pleasures. Our mission revolves around crafting an accessible form of luxury, and an intangible vibe that's ethereal and elusive, all achieved through the medium of impeccable interior design. Dala Al-Fuwaires is the Founder and CEO of House of Form, a hospitality interior design firm known for crafting spaces that make people feel something - whether it’s the spark of a first date at a cocktail bar or the comfort of a weekend hotel stay.
With a Master’s degree in Fine Arts and experience teaching interior design at the collegiate level, Dala brings both academic rigor and street-smart creativity to the table. She’s led the design of award-winning restaurants, boutique hotels, and multifamily experiences across the country - all rooted in brand strategy, intentional storytelling, and a little bit of boldness.
Outside the studio, Dala is a new mom who finds joy in creating restaurant-worthy experiences at home for her husband, baby girl, and two highly energetic dogs. Whether she's setting the table or setting the vision, she’s all about designing moments that bring people together.

Introducing Jillian, a visionary designer and creative whose passion lies in partnering with entrepreneurs to translate their stories into physical spaces. A House of Form veteran since 2017, Jillian has earned her place as Design Manager through her exceptional concept development skills, unwavering attention to detail, and a remarkable knack for anticipating clients’ needs before they do.
A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Interior Design, Jillian later spent time facilitating courses in the university’s design program. Beyond her design passions, Jillian spends her weekends attending live concerts, trying new restaurants and bars, sipping a margarita, and keeping up with the ever-evolving growth of Phoenix, while catching up on her favorite shows.

Meet Caitlin - a dedicated designer who excels at grasping her clients' visions and transforming them into captivating yet functional spaces. While she was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, she sought a change of scenery (and altitude), earning a degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. Caitlin's passion lies in crafting interior spaces that seamlessly blend styles and cultures inspired by her travels. When she’s not designing, she’s usually at the dog park with her fluffy golden retriever, trying a new coffee spot, or off exploring somewhere new around the world.

Meet Claire, a free spirit with a passion for design and adventure. She's a proud graduate of Colorado State University, where she honed her skills in Interior Architecture and Design. When she's not sketching out amazing interiors, you'll find Claire exploring the stunning landscapes of Arizona. She's a camping and hiking enthusiast, and she's conquered trails all over the state. Her claim to fame? She's in the top 1% of Spotify listeners, immersing herself in music from every genre. Whether she's designing a space or hitting the trails, there's always a killer soundtrack playing in the background.

Yo, that's Miles, the renown valley creative director responsible for branding at least one hospitality project you've been to. After earning his BA in design at 20, he quickly became specialized in hospitality branding, going on to craft brands for celebrity chefs and earning national-level awards from the American Advertising Federation. In the pursuit of creating 'Gesamtkunstwerks' or 'Total Works of Art', Miles moonlit as an interior designer with internationally published interior works and product design featured in Architectural Digest. After years of mutual admiration, House of Form appointed Miles as the Director of Branding, where he personally handcrafts every aspect of every brand that comes through our doors.

Anya. If you ask around the studio, you’ll hear, “she’s lived many lives.” Born in Ukraine and raised in the U.S., Anya has lived across the West Coast and abroad, shaping the way she sees the world and approaches her work. She brings a layered and thoughtful perspective to House of Form, supporting the studio’s brand presence with clarity and intention. She gravitates toward work with depth and meaning, paying attention to the details most people overlook. Outside the studio, she stays grounded through floral artistry, cooking & baking from scratch, or exploring somewhere new with her husband. Introverted with a creative mind that rarely slows down, she is constantly observing, adjusting, and evolving. It’s kind of her thing.
