Some years stretch you.
Others shape you.
2025 did me dirty and demanded both!

Between winning a battle with breast cancer, mothering an infant, and continuing to lead and grow House of Form, I can say that our holiday office closure wasn’t just nice, it was the reset my mind, body, and spirit deeply needed.

And yet somehow, it was also one of our most defining years, both personally and professionally.

At House of Form, 2025 brought big, meaningful wins. We launched a branding department that grew faster than we imagined. We checked off three long-held dream projects: a steakhouse, a five-star resort restaurant, and a celebrity chef concept. I fully stepped into my role as CEO after years of navigating the space between creative and leader. And we grew the business by 10.31%.

But the numbers only tell part of the story. What truly made this year possible came down to three shifts:

  1. Illness Forced Clarity

With limited time and energy for an entire quarter, I had to get ruthless (in the best way) about what mattered most. The noise fell away. Focus took its place.

  2. My Team Rose to the Moment

Roles evolved. Responsibilities shifted. New talent joined. House of Form proved, once again, that our strength lives in the collective and not in any single person.

  3. We Got Honest

About our financials, our systems, and our opportunities. We built new, aligned revenue streams and let go of what no longer supported the business we’re intentionally becoming.

Cue 2026

My intuition has been LOUD lately, and it’s telling me this year is a turning point. I don’t have all the answers yet, but we are celebrating ten years of House of Form. Ten years of growth, evolution, lessons, and resilience.

One of the most visible shifts you’ll see early this year is our rebrand. Same name. Refined perspective. A new identity designed to carry us confidently through the next decade and beyond.

We kept this rebrand entirely in-house, and if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to design for designers – oooof, we’re not easy clients. I intentionally stepped back from the process because I wanted fresh eyes. What I did offer was a clear vision of the future. I want House of Form to be the Ritz-Carlton of the hospitality design world. Not loud. Not trend-driven. But rooted in heritage, timelessness, exceptional service, and quiet innovation. . .

. . . The kind that doesn’t announce itself, but is felt in every. Single. Detail.

On our first day back in the studio, I asked our team a simple question: What do we want people to say about House of Form when we’re not in the room? The answers that stayed with me:

Well-traveled. We know our sh*t. Witty. Humble. Always pushing boundaries.

I’ll close with an ask, as I always do, and this time it’s on behalf of my team and their

dreams. I asked what projects would light them up this year, the kind that bring pride and joy. Three themes were unveiled:

  • A Luxury Retail Flagship
  • A Five-Star Resort
  • An F&B project in New York

I’m sharing this for two reasons. Dreams written down have a way of finding momentum AND you likely know someone who knows someone who could help bring them to life.

Thank you for your trust, your grace, and your steady support during a year that was both challenging and transformative. It takes a community to carry each other forward, and I feel that now more than ever.

With love,
