Crafting Culinary Experiences

At House of Form, crafting extraordinary culinary experiences is our passion. Every year, we take flight to an international retreat, crossing borders to dine at world-renowned restaurants and dive deep into diverse cultures, embracing their unique hospitality traditions.

This immersive journey fuels our creativity, allowing us to bring the best global inspirations back to your space — infusing it with the flavors, aesthetics, and atmosphere that only the world’s finest can offer.

HºF

Secret

Nº 2

Creating spaces with a strong concept is crucial to the success of your restaurant.

What's going to set you apart from the rest? What's going to draw in new patrons? Let us help you come up with a concept that you've never seen before, making a destination restaurant.

HºF

Secret

Nº 3

The ambiance has to compliment the food.

Experiencing an immersive space while indulging in the most delicious food is what dining out is all about. These two elements shouldn't compete, but should work hand in hand to delight guests.

HºF

Secret

Nº 1

Why day to night restaurants are performing so well.

Designing a space that looks and feels good from the morning sun to the evening glow takes a skilled designer. As an owner, we want to ensure that your guests feel comfortable at all times of day.

Harumi

Sushi & Bar

Harumi Sushi & Bar is a 210-seat Japanese restaurant in Phoenix rooted in the philosophy of wabi-sabi, celebrating imperfection through material, form, and flow. Shou sugi ban, Venetian plaster, stone, oak, and concrete create a layered yet restrained interior, with intentional asymmetry expressed through lighting, shelving, and custom designed furniture. Designed to function as both a lively bar and a refined dining experience, the space offers varied seating and flexible layouts, ensuring a new experience with every visit.

What Goes Into Restaurant Interior Design?

Phase Nº 2

Construction Documents & Administration

During this phase, each construction detail, material, plumbing and electrical specification is accounted for and refined to ensure you receive the most accurate bid from contractors. Once the drawings are handed off, we act as an oversight and support resource between you and the contractor.

Phase Nº 1

Concept Development

The most essential phase of our process, this is the moment creativity is sparked and ideas are born. During Concept Development, we go through a series of strategic exercises that help us develop a solid concept and aesthetic direction. Throughout the remaining design process, we refer back to this phase to ensure proper application and execution of our creative concepts.

Phase Nº 3

Furniture, Art and Accessory Selection & Procurement

The actual procurement (purchase) of the furniture, art, and accessories happens after our design is created, presented and approved by you. During this phase, we refine our selections. In addition to budgeting and purchasing your furnishings, we manage the tracking, storage, delivery and complete installation of your items.
